Erasmus+ Internship - Sales & Business Development

Description: 

Paragon Europe is a leading host agency managing successful Internship programmes through various EU mobility projects such as Erasmus Plus, Youth Guarantee, Staff Mobility and National and Regional Operation Projects since 2006, acting primarily as a receiving intermediary organization in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Program. Our organization continuously strives to find the best work placements for students to obtain the most appropriate hands-on experience during their internship in Malta.

 

Role & Tasks:

We are looking for students, preferably from Business Schools or following a Business related degree at a university to work as a Sales & Business Development intern. The main tasks involve the following:

  • You will support the Marketing team in actively build on our current client potential and relationships
  • You will prospect and identify qualified business leads
  • You will assist in securing sales appointments through a multichannel sales approach
  • You will help on mapping out and execute strategic plans to build the client base
  • You will research and analyze relevant market developments and trends
  • You will help us develop, monitor and manage a CRM database in a timely and accurate manner
  • You will help in doing tele-sales through cold calling (necessary training will be given)
  • You will assist in general and administrative duties across the company as and when required
  • You will maintain quality and adherence to processes, also identifying and contributing to their improvement

  • You are organized and working in a team as well as individually is not strange to you. 
  • Working with Wordpress and maintaining a website is an easy task for you.
  • You're an excellent communicator of innovative ideas and strategies.
  • You see opportunities and solutions. You are proactive.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are available to work next to a great team for a period of at least 6 months. More time is also up to discussion.
