By way of background, my sister Nikki and I are the co-founders of the inaugural “Future Beauty – Clinical & Aesthetic Show” taking place on the 7th & 8th September 2019 in the RDS Dublin.
Future Beauty is the first-of-its-kind exhibition dedicated to bringing women into one venue to discover and learn about the latest treatments and technologies in the fields of clinical beauty, cosmeceuticals, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetic dentistry.
In addition to hosting two exhibition halls with all of the latest developments, science, clinics and products in this arena, one of the key draws for the consumer will be our main stage (housed in the stunning RDS Concert Hall), which will host hourly talks on the most industry-relevant topics from Irish skin concerns to liquid rhinoplasty, tummy tucks to scar treatments. These panel discussions aim to deal with not just the "pretty" end of the business, but rather aim to give the consumer access to a (quite frankly daunting) world of aesthetics professionals, to demystify and humanise the profession and to educate and inform them, not only on what is out there in terms of procedures and products but also to highlight the pitfalls and risks that are attached to any procedure (invasive or not).
Our expert panel hosts some of the countries finest talent including:
Consultant Dermatologists: Dr Rosemary Coleman, Prof Catriona Ryan and Dr Niki Ralph
Consultant Surgeons: Ms Éilís Fitzgerald, Mr Fuan Chan, Mr Richard Hanson, Dr Siún Murphy and Mr David O'Donovan
Dentists: Dr Aisling O’Mahony, Dr Richard Lee Kinn, Dr Jenninfer Collins and Dr Audrey Dore-Geraghty
Consultant Gynaecologist: Prof Barry O'Sullivan
Cosmetic Doctors: Drs Jane & Katherine Mulrooney and Dr Eithne Brenner
Aesthetic Nurses: Jeannette Dunne, Patricia Molloy and Anna Gunning
I've enclosed our media pack and press release.
