The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for supporting and training our customers onto our Enterpryze Cloud Based solution.
The successful candidate will be a customer focused, enthusiastic and confident professional who will form part of our Customer Success Team. This team is responsible for the customer journey from the initial set up of Enterpryze to the training, support and ongoing development of the customer success relationship.
Ongoing customer support & troubleshooting via webinars etc
Ownership of customer issues to completion
Become a product specialist for Enterpryze
Supporting new customers and partners onto Enterpryze
Complete all customer training in a professional manner
Complete all partners connections and connection training
Proactively develop customer relationships
Ensure each customer is brought on the Enterpryze journey successfully
Seek new ways to enhance & improve the customer experience
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
Fluent English speaker
Fluency in another European language is a distinct advantage
