Highly Motivated Junior Consultants

CubeMatch Ireland is seeking a number of highly motivated Junior Consultants with the desire to learn the fundamentals of business and solutions consulting to join our community of professionals.

You will work as part of a team helping to deliver solutions to meet our clients’ challenging business needs by learning to use professional consulting processes, industry best-practices and a variety of relevant technologies.

For every assignment, you will have a team of experienced resources that will guide you through your responsibilities and development so that you can gradually take on more responsibility.

As a Junior Consultant, responsibilities may include:
• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Business process mapping and process design
• Documentation of functional processes and customizations
• System configuration and testing (System, Integration, Functional, User Acceptance)
• Assistance and support with project management activities
