HR Lifecycle Advisor

Overview

Lifecycle team is responsible for administrative side of HR processes and policies for Telefonica UK employees.

We cover areas such as absence amendments, reference requests, changes in employees’ contracts, exit process, Accidents & Incidents, overpayments, right to work, probation, etc.

We also assist with annual activities such as pay review and bonus calculation.

Lifecycle team works closely with LeasePlan, Infosys and Flexible Benefits and provides them with reports to ensure that employees’ data is up to date and processed correctly.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employees’ daily requests that come to our inbox within agreed SLAs
  • Be responsible for own processes e.g. maternity, overpayments, company car, etc.
  • Deal with queries from our stakeholders – payroll, company car provider and flexible benefits provider
  • Closely liaise with other teams in the EPSC and our colleagues in the UK
  • Provide excellent customer service to our employees
  • Update Desktop Processes on regular basis

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless service delivery
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • The ability to perform with minimal support and supervision
  • The ability to manage high workloads, conflicting priorities and work to deadlines is a critical part of this role whilst being able to maintain great service quality
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of services and processes
  • Results focused, highly motivated self-starter who has the capability and maturity to take ownership to provide an amazing employee experience
  • The ability to build strong relationships within the HR team and across other business areas
  • Must be passionate about HR, working in a team and supporting others to achieve our HR goals
