Over 25 million people visit an O2 Store in the UK each year – the resourcing team ensure the people who meet them are the best of the best. You and the team will be responsible for leading the volume recruitment for a global brand.
You will work collaboratively with the team here, and in the UK, who strive to always get the best talent for O2 and provide a best in class candidate and hiring Manager Experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and guidance to Line Managers on vacancy management in line with agreed processes.
Find great talent for our hiring Managers to ensure our volume roles are staffed with the right hires.
Ensure we build talent for the future to ensure that our candidates not only are the right fit for Telefonica O2 but become key assets for growth of our business and indeed develop their own careers to their optimum.
Ensure Line Managers have a great hiring experience, keeping them informed of every stage of the process and updated with good insight and knowledge of the hiring challenges, status and successes.
Conduct screening assessments, telephone interviews and candidate reviews of all applicants.
Filter candidate applications to ensure Line Managers only see the right candidates who are fit and worthy of the roles.
Ensure that all candidates who have applied have a great experience and are treated like VIP customers.
Perform all system and administrative activities required to fulfil the recruitment process.
Meet SLA's and KPI's as set out by the Resourcing Organisation.
Work closely with the countries to ensure all hiring activities are integrated, seamless and effective.
Deliver great customer focus for all candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
Offer roles to successful candidates in a way that reflects the brand and ensures applicants are eager to get started.
Ensure a seamless end to end hiring process for all involved.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills and understand the importance of the hiring experience.
A true multitasker by nature, our ideal candidate will be able to balance a myriad of activities, ensuring all stakeholders are kept well informed, have a great experience and love working with you.
Previous experience in an HR/Recruitment role, preferably with some exposure to a volume recruitment environment.
Highly developed organisational skills - able to organise people, resources and timescales.
Confident and persuasive communicator with strong, proactive customer focus.
Ability to multi task, prioritise and deliver results, with an ability to deliver against short lead times.
Self motivated and flexible.
Ability to think creatively and generate solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a great manner, be a great teamworker and ability to work with all levels from a remote location.
Persuasion and influencing skills will be a real asset to our Recruitment Advisors.
